Baptism
Baptism is the welcoming of a new person into the community of faith. It is also a sign of God’s unconditional love for the person being baptized, and a promise that we will walk with, care for and nurture those who are baptized into our community. Parents seeking baptism for their children are invited to speak with the clergy.
Safeguarding God’s Children
As a community of faith, we are committed to keeping your child safe. Safeguarding God’s Children is a workshop for the prevention of sexual abuse of children and youth. The Diocese of West Missouri requires this training for all employees (full or part time) of churches, schools and diocesan institutions and for all volunteers who work with children and youth in any ministry setting.
